In 2007 Gevorg Ter-Gabrielyan cooperated with US-published 'Armenian Reporter'. One of the first publications that he prepared was about late Levon Lazarev, a Saint-Petersburg sculptor, who dreamed of having one of his works installed in Armenia.
While only five years had passed since Armenia became independent, the patterns of its foreign policy were already being actively established.
